- Separation Guidance Session: ฿4,700
- Parenting & Support Arrangements: ฿9,500

Fees are confirmed in an engagement letter before work commences. Payment terms will be specified in that letter. We accept bank transfer. Invoices are issued in Thai Baht.
If scope changes significantly during an engagement, we will discuss any adjustment to fees with you before proceeding. We do not charge for brief follow-up queries during an active engagement.
Refund Policy
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If we have already conducted a consultation session or begun substantive work, we are not obliged to issue a full refund. Where services have not yet commenced, a refund may be arranged at our discretion. Please contact [email protected] to discuss.
7. Service Delivery Terms
Timelines for service delivery depend on the nature of the matter, the cooperation of all parties involved, and court scheduling. We will provide a realistic estimate at the outset and update you if circumstances change. We do not commit to fixed completion dates in contested matters.
We will communicate progress in writing at meaningful stages. We expect clients to respond to requests for instructions or information within a reasonable time to avoid delays.
8. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality in all client matters in accordance with our professional obligations under Thai law. Information shared with us in the course of an engagement will not be disclosed to third parties except as required to conduct your matter, as required by law, or with your consent. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.
9. Disclaimers
The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. No solicitor-client relationship is created by visiting this website or submitting an enquiry. A professional relationship is formed only upon our acceptance of an instruction and the issue of an engagement letter.
Legal outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We will provide our honest assessment of your position, but we cannot and do not commit to any particular result in any matter.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of business, loss of data, or reputational harm, whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including court closures, natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Lotus Lanna harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal costs) arising from your breach of these terms, your misrepresentation of material facts in an engagement, or your unlawful use of this website.
13. Termination
Either party may end an engagement by providing written notice. We may terminate an engagement if you breach these terms, fail to provide instructions within a reasonable time, or if continuation would place us in breach of our professional obligations. In such cases, we will provide reasonable notice and return any documents belonging to you.
Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations, including payment for work already carried out. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
14. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we ask that you first contact us directly at [email protected] so that we can attempt to resolve it informally. If we cannot reach a resolution within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the Lawyers Council of Thailand's complaints mechanism or, where appropriate, to the courts.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.
15. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These terms, together with any engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between us for the relevant service.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent.
- Notices: Formal notices should be sent in writing to our office address or to [email protected].
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be indicated by a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
